Our entire approach — from fitness to nutrition to skin health — is built around female physiology, real women’s lives, and the belief that women deserve spaces designed specifically for them.​​

Health
Our Health pillar is rooted in female physiology — and every modality we offer has been chosen with intention. Barre, Pilates, Reformer, mobility work, low-impact cardio, and strength training are among the safest, most effective, and most sustainable forms of exercise for women’s bodies in every stage of life.

Our workshops, masterclasses, events, and community spaces turn the studio into a living, breathing network of women supporting women — learning together, growing together, and lifting one another up.

The HerSpace Experience
HerSpace is a women-owned, women-focused wellbeing studio in the heart of Parsons Green — created for women of every age, background, shape, story, and stage of life. Men aren’t banned… it’s simply that, for once, it not for them.
It’s for us.
HerSpace was founded by Clinical Nutritionist (MSc Nut), former professional dancer, and lifelong women’s rights advocate Hillary “Nesse” Cannon. With decades of experience in women’s health, movement, and empowerment, Nesse designed HerSpace as something London didn’t yet have:
a place where women could train, learn, heal, grow, and take up space — without apology.

HerSpace is dog-friendly* (if you don’t like dogs, this probably isn’t your vibe), fiercely feminist, warm, and completely unpretentious.
It’s a place where women can come exactly as they are — tired, motivated, messy, powerful, overwhelmed, hopeful — and work toward becoming exactly who they want to be.
Because at HerSpace, strength isn’t just muscles.
It’s confidence.
