Before You Book — Please Read

To help us run smooth, focused sessions, here are a few things to keep in mind:

 

1.  Foot coverings (ideally grippy socks) required in all studios. We do sell them if you forget.

2.  Bookings close 60 minutes before class starts and no late entries (more than 5 minutes after the start of the class) will be permitted, no exceptions (It's a safety/insurance thing).
3.  Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

4. Late cancels and no-shows will incur a £12 fee (automatically charged to your saved card).

 

No shoes. No phones. No distractions. This is your time. Take it.

(Also, it's distracting for other clients and instructors, so we will be strict about the phone thing.)
