    Our signature (and most recommended) exercise for women's health - barre - can be intimidating to newcomers. And although it is absolutely suitable for all levels of fitness and every stage of life (including pre- and post-natal), we created this class for absolute newbies to the format. Learn terminology, form, alignment, and get a taste of that famous barre burn... So, whether you're brand new to barre or just want to perfect your barre form and get the most from your workout - a Foundation45 class is a phenomenal place to start.

  • Personal Training - Mat-based

    Whether you'd like your PT based in barre, mat Pilates, or traditional strength training, HerSpace trainers carry at least a level 3 personal training certificate and most trainers are also qualified in pre- and post-natal restorative fitness; helping clients to build (or rebuild) strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility with a real focus on core stability and mobility. Sessions are low-to-low impact, so safe for joints and impact-related injuries, though a cardio PUNCH can also be delivered upon request... Sessions can be held in the HerSpace studio on off-hours, or at a client's home, by agreement with both parties.

  • Pump45

    Think traditional circuits with a female-friendly twist. We bring heavier weights together with traditional strength and conditioning moves in a 45-minute circuit class that will leave you feeling strong, fit, and fabulous... if a little bit sweaty.

  • WELLNESS RE-SET

    Our Founder, and certified nutritionist, Nesse, will guide you through a thorough evaluation of your current nutritional heath (including an optional blood test* via our partner, Forth (https://www.forthwithlife.co.uk) and get an understanding of your goals. You will then be provided with an action plan to get you (back) on track, nutritionally. You'll ALSO get 5 fitness classes (or 3 reformer - you decide during your session) at HerSpace to get you back into the exercise 'swing'. Package lasts approximately 4 weeks (schedule depending) and includes: Your initial assessment/discussion of goals (lasts approximately 45-60 minutes and can be done virtually or in-person), and optional blood test(s). Your personalised action plan and tracking tools, plus 4 weeks of recommended recipes to help keep you on track (Nesse will talk you through all of this in a 30 minute session). A check-in (30 minutes) at the two week point, where you can make any tweaks to the plan that may be needed, and A final check-in (30 minutes) at approximately four weeks, to see how you're getting on and help keep you going! 5 fitness classes of your choosing OR 3 reformer Pilates sessions *Optional blood test at an additional cost.

  • REFORMHIM

    Semi-private reformer classes - maximum of three participants per session - just for the boys. Whether he's new to reformer or an experienced pro, our intimate setting and expert instructors will ensure he NEVER laughs at your workout choices again.

  • BarreFly55

    Named in homage to our roots, BarreFly is our signature barre class - a blend of ballet foundations (though you do NOT need a background in ballet to come to barre), yoga for stretching, pilates for rehabilitation, and strength training for muscle tone and building bone density. It is a low-to-no-impact, full-body workout that will sculpt muscles, improve posture, and increase flexibility. With equal importance given to stretching as to working the muscles, a barre workout will build endurance and strength without bulking muscles. BarreFly classes are rhythmic, upbeat, occasionally inappropriate (mostly just when our Founder teaches), and sure to leave you feeling longer, stronger, and ready for anything. Mats, hand weights, and balls supplied, though you are welcome to bring your own if you wish.

  • Personal Training - Reformer

    All HerSpace Reformer Pilates trainers carry at least a level 3 personal training certificate and most are also qualified in pre- and post-natal restorative fitness; helping clients to build (or rebuild) strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility with a real focus on core stability and mobility.
