HerSpace offers corporate wellness sessions designed for real people with real lives — pragmatic, evidence-based, and delivered without the diet-culture noise or pseudoscience misinformation that makes most wellness content actively counterproductive. You'll find no detox teas or energy 'healing' here.
Our sessions are led by Hillary Cannon MSc (Clinical Nutrition), whose professional ballet career and 20-year corporate life led her to found HerSpace London and to become a specialist in fitness and nutrition programmes that work with the body, not against it.

A Lunch & Learn for organisations where employees are taking — or considering — semaglutide and similar weight-loss medications.

These drugs were not designed for people with a healthy BMI. The long-term evidence in otherwise healthy adults simply doesn't exist yet. This session gives your people the facts, the practical tools, and the clinical context to make genuinely informed decisions — without judgement, agenda, or scare tactics.
