    Step into yours with this high intensity, low impact, dynamic class. Combining all the techniques you already know and love from your HerSpace mat based classes and cranking it up with faster transitions, heavier weights and no breaks. You’ll get your sweat on, probably swear at Benji (encouraged) but you will leave smiling, fatigued and of course; feeling POWERFUL.

  • Sculpt45

    Sculpt brings together our two favourite things: plies and picking up heavy stuff. This class is uses a minimum of 3kilo hand/ankle weights for every move. It is a slow flow class which uses classic barre positioning, but incorporates heavy weights and traditional strength moves. You will leave this class feeling like a superhero AND a ballerina. Yes and YES.

    It's the signature barre class you know and love... in just 45 minutes to suit your busy schedule (and named in homage to our original studio in PG). But tonight... it's JUST FOR THE BOYS. Share the burrrrrn with your best boy (and let Nesse wipe the "it's a girls' workout grin off his face) on HIS Night at HerSpace!

  • Bend45

    Bend45 is a slow-flow class that's equal parts stretch and sweat. The beats are strong, if slower than usual as we gently warm the muscles and then streeeeeeeeeetch them out. A great way to finish the working week, and/or to prepare for a new one; this is for the folks who dig a bit of mind-body connection, but need more edge than a yoga class. You'll find some classic barre moves (and yes... we still do some planks) but it's heavily inspired by classical ballet and yoga stretching.

  • Sweat45

    Kick up your cardio (literally) with this barre/Pilates inspired fusion class. It's 45 minutes of high-energy, heartbeat-racing moves that will bring that burn AND that sweat. A Sweat45 class is not for the faint of heart. It is for the bad of b*tch.

  • Nutrition Counselling - ONE SESSION

    Whether it's a general eval, ongoing support, or just a few tips and tricks on how to get more green stuff into your diet, we have all of your nutritional needs covered. Our one-off consultations will assess your current challenges, review your goals, and help set out a path for you to achieve them. Ongoing support is also available.     Our classic barre class, tailored for new mums and their future barre babes. Bring your leggings, your little one, and prepare for the BURN. PLEASE NOTE: Our studio is downstairs and buggies must be left upstairs. Buggy 'parking is extremely limited, so carriers are preferred if possible.
