You’ll receive: 1 personal training session per week with a trainer of your choice Unlimited group classes across our full timetable A complete nutritional review, with the option of functional blood testing to assess key markers such as nutrient status and hormone balance A personalised nutrition and exercise plan designed to fit your goals and lifestyle Weekly check-ins with Nesse to track your progress, troubleshoot challenges, and keep you motivated Access to exclusive recipes, tracking tools, and expert guidance throughout Whether your goals include improving strength, boosting energy, or navigating the challenges of menopause (our Mastering the Menopause programme tailors this offering to your unique needs), your 12-week plan can be fully tailored to your individual needs — addressing hormonal balance, metabolism, and overall wellbeing with targeted nutrition and movement strategies. The 12 Weeks programme can be completed in person or online (PTs only), so holidays or travel won’t derail your progress — and best of all, your consistency and results can earn you money back on your initial investment.
