Experience the buzz of the studio (and the burn of the cheeks) right in your living room! Our livestreams come to you direct from live classes at BarreFly, so you get what the folks here get (aside, of course, from the ballet barre and our in-person VIBESSSSS. And whilst we're not focused on the camera the whole time (it's a live class, so our focus must be on the bodies in the room), you'll deffo feel part of that burrrrrrrrn! All you need is a mat and something to use as light hand weights. Anything else we may use in class, the instructor will give options for those who may not have the same kit at home.
