The details
Our Founder, and certified nutritionist, Nesse, will guide you through a thorough evaluation of your current nutritional heath (including an optional blood test* via our partner, Forth (https://www.forthwithlife.co.uk) and get an understanding of your goals. You will then be provided with an action plan to get you (back) on track, nutritionally. You'll ALSO get 5 fitness classes (or 3 reformer - you decide during your session) at HerSpace to get you back into the exercise 'swing'. Package lasts approximately 4 weeks (schedule depending) and includes: Your initial assessment/discussion of goals (lasts approximately 45-60 minutes and can be done virtually or in-person), and optional blood test(s). Your personalised action plan and tracking tools, plus 4 weeks of recommended recipes to help keep you on track (Nesse will talk you through all of this in a 30 minute session). A check-in (30 minutes) at the two week point, where you can make any tweaks to the plan that may be needed, and A final check-in (30 minutes) at approximately four weeks, to see how you're getting on and help keep you going! 5 fitness classes of your choosing OR 3 reformer Pilates sessions *Optional blood test at an additional cost.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a session, please give a minimum of 12 hours' notice. You can cancel yourself within our app or via our website.
